Americana Beer Company will officially open its doors on Friday, July 22, 2022, at 2 p.m., marking the grand opening of downtown Monroe’s newest craft brewery.

Co-founded by Zach Hinschberger, Alec Barnes, Darren Tucker, and Justin Moore, the brewery invites guests 21 and older to celebrate with a lineup of six beers available on day one, with more releases coming soon.

A Two-Year Journey to Downtown Monroe
Two years in the making, Americana Beer Co. is the second craft brewery to open in downtown Monroe, NC, located at 222 North Main Street, on the corner of North Main Street and East Franklin Street. Street parking is readily available throughout downtown, and multiple public parking lots sit just a short walk from the taproom.

What’s On Tap at Opening
The brewery launches with six easy-drinking, balanced beers ranging from 4.5% to 7% ABV, all crafted by head brewer Darren Tucker:

• Fog Lights — Hazy IPA
• Starlite — American IPA
• High Steppin’ — Coffee Stout
• Red Ass Rat Tail — Amber Ale
• Indivisible — American Light Lager
• Nine To Five — Blonde Ale

Beyond the core lineup, Americana Beer Co. also offers guest beers from other local breweries, plus hard cider, hard seltzer, wine, and non-alcoholic options — something for every kind of guest.

Grand opening weekend food options include:

• Multiple food trucks on-site Friday and Saturday
• Numerous downtown eateries within walking distance offering pickup and delivery
• In-house snacks, including locally produced gourmet popcorn and Boar’s Head charcuterie trays
