Yes, just like any other member of the public or private group, political organizations, campaigns, and candidates are welcome to visit our taproom, hold private gatherings, or reserve space, subject to our normal booking and taproom policies. We’re happy to have folks from all walks of life and all political affiliations enjoy a beer with us.
DOES AMERICANA BEER CO. ENDORSE ANY POLITICAL CANDIDATES OR ORGANIZATIONS?
No. Americana Beer Co. does not endorse any political candidate, party, or organization. A visit, event booking, or gathering held at our taproom does not represent an endorsement, partnership, or official relationship of any kind between Americana Beer Co. and that individual or group.
CAN A CANDIDATE OR ORGANIZATION SAY OR IMPLY THAT AMERICANA BEER CO. SUPPORTS OR ENDORSES THEM?
No. Candidates, campaigns, and organizations that visit or host events at our taproom may not state, imply, or suggest — in any form of marketing, messaging, social media, or public communication — that Americana Beer Co. endorses, sponsors, or supports them or their platform. Doing so misrepresents our position and is not permitted.
CAN AMERICANA BEER CO. LOGOS, PHOTOS OF OUR TAPROOM, OR OUR NAME BE USED IN POLITICAL MARKETING MATERIALS?
No. Our name, logo, branding, or imagery of our taproom may not be used in campaign materials, advertisements, fundraising appeals, or any political messaging without our express written permission, which we generally do not grant, in order to maintain our neutrality.

Staying neutral allows us to remain a space where all of our neighbors feel equally welcome to grab a pint, whether they’re gathering for a birthday party, a book club, or a campaign meeting.
