Top o’ the mornin’ to ya! We brewed this smooth, easy drinkin’ traditional Dry Irish Stout to help us celebrate St. Paddy’s Day! We used roasted barley, chocolate malt, flaked oats and flaked barley in the mash, then finished it off with our favorite Irish Ale yeast strain. This pint o’ the black stuff will have ya talkin’ a load of Blarney while you raise one to old St. Pat!
