Fight Like Banks Pilsner is a Hoppy Pilsner built on Carolina Malt House Pilsner malt paired with a touch of Victory malt, brewed with Callista hops and dry-hopped with Citra for a tropical, passion fruit-forward flavor.

This beer is brewed in honor of our head brewer’s grandson, Banks, who was born three months premature. He’s been through a lot in his short life, but even with the odds stacked against him, he just keeps fighting! This beer is in honor of our little hero.
